Returns Policy

Returns are only valid for 14 days from date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items: 

- Items supplied more than 14 days before date of return

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. If you no longer have proof of purchase, please contact us.

You must contact us before sending a return. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to inform you of our decision, the original payment method will be refunded which can take up to 7 working days to process.

All The Items That Are shown On The website are available Unless displayed Otherwise. If The Model Is Out Of Stock Then It Will Be Automatically Be Back Ordered And You Will Receive A Email Confirming When The Model Is Back In Stock And When Your Item Will Been Dispatched. 

Pre Order Policy

Any Pre order placed will be dispatched once we have taken delivery from the manufacturer if we can not supply the item/items you have pre ordered a full refund will be sent. If you wish to cancel your pre-order you have 21 days to cancel and receive a full refund otherwise a 10% pre-order cancellation charge on the full order amount will be applied.
